Trailside
< | >
I just moved in a few weeks ago and so far everything has been great. I don't know who the rude staff are that others have referred to, but Kimberly, Lori, Amanda, and Deborah have been very nice and helpful. Paperwork was processed well. Apartment was clean and everything in working order, except the porch light and that was fixed the very next day. We had snow and the maintenance people were very quick to have my walk shoveled. I am building a new place and sold my home of 14 years and this is the first time I have been in an apartment in more than 30 years, and I was very nervous but so far it is good and I would recommend Trailside. Neighbors are quiet and nice, too.

You just moved in and you already know the names of everyone in the office ? I don't think so !!!
This review is an obvious plant by the office staff to make them look good.

It can see how you might think so but it really isn't true. I work at the home office of a national organization and I am expected to quickly learn and remember people's names. It is a habit. I am a resident and live in building 18343. I am new to apartment living and have had lots of questions and all of these people have been very nice to me--especially Kimberly. I haven't been here long but my neighbors all seem very nice, and I continue to have a very pleasant experience here. Maybe I have low expectations? It wasn't as if everything was perfect when I moved in. I did have complaints--my dishwasher broke and a blind was uncooperative and the laundry room door fell off in my hand. But the door was fixed and the blind and dishwasher were replaced immediately after I asked for help. (And I know the nice maintenance guy's name I met is Dan and another one I haven't met is Ty--I just remember names!)
I realize people can have very different experiences in the same large complex. Maybe I have just been lucky. But it seems right to me to present another point of view.
Hope to meet you sometime,
Nancy
