I lived here for almost a year and a half. The first year was great, but things have changed with the new management. Now I would not recommend living here due to the poor level of customer service by the management staff. The old staff was great and I used to love living here. The new staff doesn't return phone calls and took over a month and a half to get paperwork together for us that should have taken maybe one day. Kimberly in particular has been very unhelpful with a recent issue we've had. This staff will say they will do something by a certain date and repeatedly fail to do so.
The apartments themselves are decent. They look nice although are very cheaply made. Quite a few things have fallen apart just with normal use. Door handles have pulled out of doors, window blinds have fallen while adjusting, towel rods are very cheap and break easily. The trash dumpsters also are very often overflowing with trash which isn t pretty.
It really is too bad as this used to be a great place to live. I love the location very close to just about anything you might need. The bike trail is within sight of the property.
Beware of the positive reviews as they are probably being made by the staff to cover their own butts.

I agree with what you said above. However, you are not allowed to use someone's full name in a review. Unless you remove her last name, Apartments.com will eventually remove your review.

At least Lori is gone ! She was rude and incompetent.
But, the problem is that she ran off the office and maintance staff that were left over from the previous management. They were well trained and very capable.
In their place, she hired people who were not any better than her. So, now we have an incompetent staff that never gets anything done.
Case in point, my husband and I went out to the jacuzzi the other night. Well, guess what ? There is no light in the jacuzzi and it was dark as hell. We were afraid of slipping in the dark,(which would have given us a greeat lawsuit against the complex), so we left. These idiots probably dont even realize that the light is out and will probably never even fix it. So, thats out for the summer.
All you have to do is walk around the complex and notice the number of vacant apartments to know that something is wrong here.
We are moving as soon as our lease is up.
