We've been living here for 6 weeks, and already hate it and have been having problems. We are being treated very poorly by the management and our neighbor. First off, we were lied to before we even signed the lease. The leasing agent who showed us the property said the pool was open year-round, which was one of the biggest reasons we chose this apartment complex. AFTER we moved in, we found out the pool is only open in the summer because the management didn't want to pay to keep the pool heated through out the winter!! Next, their staffing is so incompetent that they had to move our move-in date back because they had to do "cleaning" in our apartment. But when we moved in, our apartment smelled like wet dog and there was big black dog hairs all over the carpet, and our sink and stove were broken! It took 5 days to get maintenance out here to fix it! The biggest reason we do not enjoy living here is because we cannot really live here comfortably. I tried to listen to some music on my laptop at 1 in the afternoon, and our neighbor started banging on the wall! If my music was being played loudly I would understand but it was at volume 3 when it goes all the way up to 15!! So the management sent us a letter about the noise and we were sure to take into consideration our neighbors. But a few days later at 5:30 PM we were listening to music even quieter and they banged on the wall again. They called management right away and then management called us and left a VERY rude message. We went over and talked to the neighbor to resolve any issues with-out legal involvement. The management told us they were now going to take legal action. But for what' For listenting to music at 5 in the afternoon' You have got to be kidding me! The only thing we really like about this place is it comes with a washer and dryer! And maybe the location. These things are in no way enough to make us even think about signing another lease agreement! Honestly, if you are under 30 years of age, don't move here. If you like nice people, don't move here!!!

There was a change in management in the beginning of 2008. The new staff is useless. This will be a horrible place to live until they bring in a new crew.
