My Fiance have lived here since January, and were relatively happy with the place. We like the garage, and the fact that we can have dogs here...

What we DON'T LIKE:
1. The selling points offered when we SIGNED the contract are no longer in effect...
They told us the pool was opened year round... It isn't

They told us we could use the clubhouse whenever we wanted... It's not (we were actualy told it's "really for them to use for community events"

We COULD rent the Clubhouse, but only from 6-10PM but those guests CAN'T SWIM

They told us we could invite others to the pool... we can only have 2 guests per apartment

When I REVIEWED my contract, NOT A THING was STATED about ANY of these SPECIFICS!
I Called Kelly and asked her if the tennants were informed of these changes' NOPE, they don't have the TIME to write a letter to EVERYONE.

<< Here's a thought: if they DO NOT inform us of the POLICY changes, how can they INFORCE them' We could have a huge pool party, and when they try to bust us, "I'm sorry Management, where in my contract does it say 2 guests MAX'" or, "When did you inform us we could only use the clubhouse from 6-10'">>>

Kelly says she has to make the rules MORE HARSH because no one is FOLLOWING them, uh' DDDDUUUUHHH! Common sense says that, "If you tell residents one thing, change the rules, yet don't inform them, HOW WILL THEY KNOW THE RULES ARE ANY DIFFERNT!" Of course people will break the rules, EVEN IF THEY DON'T MEAN TO!

Here's my pickle: they WILL NOT back up what was EARLIER promised by their staff!
they WILL NOT inform us of POLICY CHANGES: it's too hard
Then they say, "well we can't support what another staff member promised, do you have that in writing'"

YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN POLICIES IN WRITING!

I am ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED in the lack of PROFESSIONALISM... isn't it the RESIDENTS who make their PAYCHECKS...
