Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My biggest complaint was the fact that the apartment company choose to rent out a room to a schizophrenic named Joel who keyed every other car in the parking lot. Ask anybody in building 16 on the Stone Canyon side who lived there in 2003.
The staff is probably the most disorganized group of people I have ever come across the left hand does not know what the left hand did. Save all your paper work, get everything in writing, and make duplicate copies and keep them at work.
The other residents are generally nice I met my girlfriend in the laundry room. The location is great and the buildings are nice.
