I have been looking for an apartment in the Parker area and visited this community.

They had nothing but negative things to say about other apartments in the area when they should have been focusing on what THEY had to offer, not what the others couldn't offer.

I felt like they were telling me to rent there not because they are worth it, but because the others aren't worth it.

I figure if this is the way they conduct business and I haven't even rented there yet, then I have NO interest in seeing how they handle things when you're a resident.
