I lived at Windrock for two years and rarely had an issue. I lived on the third floor so I didn't have any noise above me plus the apartment was very nice. Every so often the people below me would play loud music but I just stomped on the floor until they stopped. The parking was great, always had a spot pretty close to my place, unless I came home super late (2am or later). The leasing office has always been helpful and maintenance was great, until just recently when they turned over some staff. I think much of the experience is the Parker community. I have moved into the Denver area and hate it. I would strongly recommend looking at Windrock. Rates were reasonable, community was clean, overall a good experience.
