I've read all other reviews about this apartment and I've not had any major serious issues since living here almost three years.

Because I am a younger person renting, the front office has helped me in many ways.

I was living on a third floor that faces the mountain, wonderful sun setting and rising scene, and never had any problems with the people around me.

I recently moved to another building, due to limited parking issues, and have not had any problems.

The only annoyance is when people come up the stairs it sounds like they are literally stomping up the stairs, but if the tv is going, I hardly notice it.

My neighbor on the other side of my kitchen I know when they are vaccuming, but other than that I rarely hear my neighbors.

Even facing a parking lot, I don't hear anything too obnoxious.

The only downside can sometimes be the maintaince in coming to fix something minor, as I had my living room door leading to the balcony cracked at the bottom.

It took them four days to come out, which was a but irritating as it was getting cold out and I was losing a lot of heat.

But in every apartment, loft, townhome, etc.

there are going to be noisy neighbors.

I've been fortunate enough to not have any.

And I have a dog, which I can agree with the other person in regards to the pet rent of $400.

And I have never had any complaints about my dog since I moved in.

I think it all depends on the owner and how they raise their pet.

Overall I am satisfied about this apartment.
