People in the office are not very friendly or very helpful. The lack of enthusiasm for the staff to assist you to even apply for an apartment here is evident. You can qualify for a house easier than qualifying to live here.
The staff here is very snooty and have their noses so far in the air that they might blow away if the wind hits just right.
Biggest mistake I ever made was even applying for an apartment here

You are SOOOOO right - perfectly said. They are some of the most snotty people I have met in a long time. I just want to say to them "HELLLOOOO - you lease apartments for a living. You dont save starving children!!!"

They only look snoty to you when your not qulified to live there. Sucks to be you. I think your wrong... I don't go in there very often, but when I do they all know me by name and are always happy to assist. Maybe you guys should look somewhere where you can be qulified a bit easyer.
