We moved in, thinking that this would be a nice place. Little did we know...our dishwasher has been broken for the ENTIRE time we have lived here. It leaks water, soap, and doesn't get the dishes clean. Our fridge has broken 3 times. 1st time, the fan went out. Second time, the fan lit itself on fire. Third time, the fridge just decided it was done. We had to throw a gigantic fit in order to get a new fridge. We have huge holes in our bathroom walls above the tub because the shower bar fell down. They fixed the shower bar, but the holes remain. The oven does not heat, it stays at a consistent 325. The kitchen cabinets are covered in some sort of laminate that is peeling off. It is hard to open the drawers because of it, yet we were told that we would be charged if we cut a tiny bit off the side so that they would open. They refused to glue down the laminate better, and told us there was nothing we could do. The windows are not sealed at all, so the heater/ac has to be constantly running. We had to staple comforters over the windows in order to attempt to keep the drafts out. The place is NOISY. Even though people are not doing anything that should be loud, there is not enough insulation so you hear everyone's business. Parking is TERRIBLE. We have no idea where half the cars come from, but they don't live there. It is impossible to find a spot to park if you're out past 6 PM. The staff leaves something to be desired, every time you ask them to fill a maintenance request they act like you're asking them to move a mountain. The pool and hot tub have been consistently broken since we moved in. The pool is unheated (heated only by sunlight) which makes it intolerable except on 90 degree days. The hot tub is usually like a lukewarm bathtub unless you get it on the day when they decided to let it run. The workout room has broken, hard to use equipment, and the clubhouse is never clean. While they do "attempt" to plow the parking lot, I have come downstairs on multiple occasions to find my little car completely plowed in by a large snowdrift, leaving me absolutely no way to get out.
All in all...I would say RUN! Go somewhere else. This is the most expensive place in Parker, and it's just not worth it.

I completley agree! And you better unplug your space heater in your water heater closet if they put one in because you'll be looking at a $100 dollar IREA bill! Nice of them to tell us that, wasn't it?
