DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CONSTRUCTION EVER! I'VE LIVED IN A FEW PLACES OVER THE YEARS AND THE CONSTRUCTION IS LIKE ITS MADE OUT CARDBOARD. THEY SAID THEY SENT THE ROOFER TO FIX A CERTAIN GUTTER RATTLING BUT THEY MUST BE LYING BECAUSE IT HASENT OBVIOUSLY BEEN FIXED.

Swindled We have lived in Parker Hilltop for close to 3 years now. This has been the worst experience of my life when it comes to dealing with landlords. They constantly add fees for NO reason. They threaten with eviction if the fees are not payed. Beware, run in the opposite direction.

Friendly professional staff - nice complex Lived here for over 1 year to present and have found the staff professional and friendly. The complex is well taken care of, beautiful landscaping, has a newly redone gym. Never have to park too far away from my apt. Trash is collected by a valet
