Better than some of same price - The overall keep is quite impressive. While nothing is fancy about them, Everything is well intact on the inside. Everything works.
We have had minimal problems with bugs. Outside grounds are not impressive tho. Inside of units look good when you first move in. No cracked drywall, no plumbing probs, carpet is nice. Units built in 1972.
