i rent a studio here, the apartment is in great condition, has wood floors, new paint, new light fixtures, wall to floor mirrored closed doors, and a brand new fridge. Yes, all the cabnets are the 60's style candy colored metal, but I kinda like it, give it more character. (im just glad my apartment didnt have the pink ones. The complex is under new management since the last comment, (and its called the aberdeen now), the manager said when he took over three or four years ago it was a dump, but it is great now. the halls have a real modern feel, bright and well lit, lots of art. The complex has security doors as well, and its a short walk from PCC. The bad side is that its right across the street from a football field or a track or somthing, and you dont have an assigned parking spot, so this might end up being an issue, but durring track season i could still find a spot, so i donno just yet. so far thats the only thing i see that could be an agrivation. this was definitally way more then what i expected in pueblo for my price range, and was ten times better then the 12 other places i looked at. it just has a nice feel to it. There is a pretty long waiting list though, so get to it.
