I've just read the reviews on this place from a couple of years ago and I wish I would have read them before I moved in last year. I have had issues with maintenence and management coming into my apartment; issues with people smoking in this "smoke free" building; issues with domestic violence in other apartments; issues with construction noise and they mow the law around 9 am every time; security is a fib, they harass everyone coming onto the property, but your calls are usually forwarded to voicemail; the security gate on the west side is locked every night and they don't open it on weekends so you have only one way to leave; management is rude with the exception of ONE person; the pool and fitness center are only open 9-5 M-F and the new pool rules are "no visitors allowed, only tenants." Think twice about this place before you move in. They're real sweet that first month or so, but then true colors start to shine. They don't care about the tenants that pay their salaries.
