I have lived in these apartments for nearly two years. In that two years new owners have taken over and have made steady improvements to this property all the way around. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance staff works very hard, and management is new, fresh and excited about what this property could be. I have read some of the reviews left by other tenants, most of which have probably not fulfilled their financial obligations to the apartments or have been evicted. Every situation has its ups and downs, but i have nothing but good things to say about this facility.

As a note, I wrote the review on 10/18/2007 and I did fulfill my financial obligations and have never been evicted. Obviously this person is on something.
