I agree with much of what the other reviewer said, but need to add that I left the apartment after 8 months of living there, and I left it in much better condition that when I moved into it. When I moved in the locks on the wondows didn't work and I was on the bottom floor, there were cigarette butts crushed out in the window sills, and the place stunk; and there was hair in the bathroom sink from the male tenant who lived there before me. It was completely clean when I moved out. The process for moving out indicates that they will pay back your rental deposit within 60 days. After 60 days came and went, I still had not received my money back. When I called them they explained that they did not have a forwarding adress (which was a lie) and gave me the run around for almost another month. It took me threatening them that I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Colorado to get them to pay me. Then when I received the money, it wasn't the full amount and there was no explaination of what the charges were! I suggest looking for someplace else to live!!!
