Never Rent here!Flooding, bugs, violence, laundry too far away. Tenants are treated terrble even when rent is paid in full. Cars are broken into. Can't get repairs done. Last spring when it hailed windows were left broken for 6 weeks. Maintence just left them and didn't even try to cover the windows. Problems with bugs, smokers, domestic violence. Continual problems with flooding. People have to just move and their belongings are ruined. Hear rumors that when leaving tenants are charged for flooding from problems in building. Security extremely limited, only watch front gate. Guard your cars! One year ago a break in in broad daylight. Better have renters insurance for flooding! No security to call! No security around complex with almost 170 apts, just at front gate! Scary dangerous place to live! Your on your own here --no repairs unless you demand it. Extremely difficult to park. Impossible to get in and out. Never ever sign a lease here!!!
