I lived in this complex for six months. The apartment was ok for the price. The bedroom was absolutely huge, but the kitchen is so tiny that you don't want to go into it. It is hard to open the fridge or the dishwasher and maintanance comes by without any warning. Sometimes, I would wonder what would happen if they walked in when I didn't answer and I had just stepped out of the shower. The hallways always smelled like smoke because people would smoke in them when they weren't supposed to. I had been really sick and in the hospital, and the landlady told a new prospective landlady that my apartment had been filthy because while I was away, my bananas rotten and they attracted knats. She was very mean about it. One of the reasons the bananas went bad so fast was because even when I had the air conditioning on at full blast, the apartment was sweltering. Also, they tried to charge me a bunch of money after I moved out, even though they kept my deposit. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. I contested it, and I haven't heard anything, so I guess they dropped it. My friend lived there as well, and she had problems with the maintanance guys going through her underwear drawer.
