I lived in these apartments for a year. I couldn't WAIT for my lease to be up!! The heating and the air conditioning were so crazy, if you were freezing in the front room, you were sweating in the bedroom. The place was dirty when I moved in, and the dishwasher didn't work. The toilet was leaking as well. I put in work orders for these things the first day I moved in. 8 months later, after many complaints, they finally came to fix the toilet, and all they did was put a nasty ring of caulk around the base, which wasn't were it was leaking.
Aside from all that, it was ok for the time being, and like I said, you get what you pay for.
