this community in the southside of peublo is an absolute gem. there are rules to follow, but the neighbors are great. the rent is very reasonable for the apartments. the best value in town. the management are great people and social. the decorate the courtyards for every holiday. its nice to wake up in december and see christmas lights and a nativity scene right outside. i work nights and had no problems sleeping during the day. no crime problems. would definately live there again.
