 this community in the southside of peublo is an absolute gem. there are rules to follow, but the neighbors are great. the rent is very reasonable for the apartments. the best value in town. the management are great people and ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
