It was our first apartment and we thought it was great. The rent was cheap and it was big enough for a couple just starting out. The best part was the apartment manager who was always available and willing to help out. However, our car was broken into, most of our neighbors were loud and didn't care about anyone else. The outside doors never locked so anyone could walk in. The laundry site was small and the floor constantly flooded. Frankly, if you want a cheap apartment and want to hear siren nightly, then this is the place for you!
