Ok, if you want to deal with the police about noise

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
You would think that the landlord would deal with the noisy tenants, but I was wrong. I will have to call the police in order to take care of the problem. What good are landlords for' Everything was well until the old landlords were bought out.
