I moved in a few months ago, just as new management took over. The new management team is awesome! If anything goes wrong, they are over here very fast to fix my problem - no matter what time of night. They have already gotten rid of all the problem tenants. The noise level amazed me. I have not been woken up at night since the new management took over. If you are going to live anywhere in Pueblo, this is the place. This is a good, quiet, safe place to live and affordable. The units are HUGE with good sized bedrooms and even a dining area. All units have central air, garbage disposal, dishwasher, endless closet space...
