I initially applied and was accepted for residency at these apartments. Because I am a student they required that I put down a $1200 deposit. After conversing with them several times on the phone, I got a bad feeling about the facility and decided to rent elsewhere. I never signed any lease or rental agreement. It took a month to get a refund, and required advocacy from an attorney. I asked several times a week. I am not sure that they are financially stable and their staff is very rude. Even when you are just wanting to hear more about the facility they try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. Once I began asking for a refund, I was yelled at and hung up on several times. I am not sure how they manage to run a business with this unprofessional behavior. Do not waste your time on these apartments.
