This place is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Moved out after a terrible experience. Put up with it for one year. Had kept the place cleaner than when I had received it, and still they took 3/4 of my deposit. Then three weeks after moving out of the apartment I called about getting the rest of my deposit and they said that it would be refunded to me within two months!! BS
