Wouldn't wish on my worst enemy...

Low rental rates are its only attraction, and you most definitely get what you pay for. The building fire alarms go off weekly, plumbing problems are continuous, and the police are dispatched for one reason or another on a regular basis. Noise is a huge problem. The office staff is incompetent at best and no receptionist seems to work there for more than a month at a time.
Simply because I couldn't afford anything else, I lived at the Raintree for over a year. When I moved, I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do in order to get my deposit back, but when I got my itemized statement for "repairs" I was charged for cleaning that didn't need to be done, repairs that didn't need to be made, and lock replacement because the "proper paperwork" for turning in keys had not been complete (though no one had ever told me there was a procedure to follow) so I was told I must not have turned the keys in.
The property manager is dishonest and shady with a selective memory, and since I moved, I have found a police report that states that he has been involved in at least one physical altercation with someone over a deposit, again where the "proper paperwork" was nowhere to be found.
