Raintree Village Apartments are some the cheapest apartments in town. In this case, you get what you pay for! The grounds are very ugly, and the common areas are not well-maintained. Worse, the management seems to have little concern for fairness and honesty. The sewers backed up in one building in October. The Health Department cautioned that no one should remain in the affected apartments. Raintree village management was not willing to help people remove their belongings from the apartments and help them set up living arrangements elsewhere. Further, they punished some tennants who decided to move out at that time with inflated back-rent claims. They even withheld damage deposits!
I would caution anyone who is considering renting at Raintree Village.
