STOP RENTING FROM RAINTREE OR SKYVIEW> NAME CHANGE

Hello everyone,
Back in February of 2007 the city came in and Evicted everyone from the apt. complex. They stated it was due to raintree not fixing anything that they should have... not to mention raintree put in wall mounted heaters that were against code for the city. During our eviction process, me, and my 3.5month pregnant wife, decided to try and find a home elsewhere for the night. We found an apt roughly 2 hrs or so after the eviction.. and returned to find out that during the 2 hrs that we were gone.. our front door had been keyed open, the illegal heaters were ripped out of the walls.. and to top it off.. they robbed us blind and trashed the apartment. We lost a brand new Playstation 3, price $799 U.S. back then, a Playstation 2 w/hardrive and about 100 or so games, and numerous other items. they also had the T.V.s, computers, and everything else of value set up for removal from my apt. When i spoke to raintree about this.. they couldnt come up with a person who had a key to my apartment.. and low and behold.. their master key list wasnt signed that day for anyone to have checked out the key. Police are still reviewing the case, and sooner or later I am going to have my lawyer just handle it for me as Raintree has recently charged me $534 dollars which my $500 dollar deposit takes care of the majority.. however.. the extra money came from damaged carpets... in which my $900 dollar pet deposit, $450 for each animal, was supposed to be used to rip out the carpet and replace... however on the bill it says "Carpet Cleaning". These places also have bugs... mice... bad sewer systems... are hot in the summer do to what seems to be a/c units from the 70s, and cold in the winter seeming as they use Boiler heat that if you are lucky actually still works. They never fix anything. Twice i was threatened for having a large dog in my apartment.. when i have chihuahuas, and to top it off.. there is NO SECURITY. They have one 5'0" man who weighs maybe 100lbs who walks around at night, and he is unarmed. THIS PLACE IS A BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO LIVE. PLEASE STOP GIVING SLUM LORDS YOUR MONEY.
