The place is OK, but the landlord is the worst person I have ever met. I kept the apartmetn as clean as I moved in, but the landlord still charged me mroe than $500 for cleaning. The building is old, but what she want is letting you make it as a really new one. She charges $50 for each she called "dirty" spot, even just some dust. I stronlly not recommened this place. She is very very evil.

Oh does this sound familiar! I too cleaned my apartment when moving out, cleaner than when moving in (there was a bad, bad smell in the kitchen area) and the evil landlord kept 3/4 of my deposit. She even charged me for cleaning things that were written down and turned into her when I moved in! She told me I did a good job of cleaning but refused (and it was my mistake of not insisting)to go over to the appartment with a check out sheet. If you do move here don't expect to get any deposit back and plan on your comings and goings being monitored more closly than when you lived with your mother and father.
