I am currently living in the Sticks but I am moving out at the end of the semester. Yes, these apts are nice at first glance but they are expensive and ragedy. I feel like the only thing I am paying for is the convenience of living on campus. You pay on average 2500 a semester which is about 500 a month. But all you are paying for, is a broken stove, crappy heating, no water pressure, and a crappy dishwasher.

Come to the Landings at Eagleridge. For way less the price, we have Basketball, Tennis, and Volleyball courts, gym, business center, Pool and Hot Tub, and excellent service. Hook up with a roommate, and you may even see some of your classmates here.
