As one of the two most expensive apartment complexes in Pueblo, this place is disappointing

I have lived here for about ten months now. The grounds are relatively well maintained. Often there is trash on the ground as a result of unsavory neighbors but it is usually cleaned up in a couple of days. The upstairs floor has a horribly loud groaning creak that makes itself known whenever the neighbors are home. I have had problems with the grounds people putting towing stickers on my vehicle even after I notified them that I had been rear-ended and the vehicle would be towed by insurance shortly. The managment staff is nice and try to be helpful but lost a utilities check one month. They said they probably accidentally threw it away. It cleared the bank 4 months later. Thankfully it was only for $20.
In short, irritating harassment by grounds people, poorly built buildings and less-than-expected quality of neighbors for the price of the rental. Overall, I give this place 2 out of 5 stars.
