I am also a villas resident and and was new to the Pueblo community 6 mos. ago. The apartment staff are kind and the pool is nice, however that is where the ammenities end. The apartments are clean because the complex is new. If neighbors are not the most considerate, living in a lower level apartment is not fun. I also agree that parking is a challenge and the grounds could be cleaner. For the amount of money I pay per month in rent, I don't think it's worth it. The community is supposed to be gated and the back gate has been broken and open for atleast a month or more. Not very good security. I also am looking forward to my lease being up so I can move out.
