The Villas was once a great place to live. Once upon a time, the management team at the Villas was great. It was a very happy time to live there. I recently move out of my appartment here. During my final months at the villas a new manager arrived. This was quite a shock given that the previous manager really made the residents feel welcome & loved. Once the new manager arrived that all changed. The club house no longer was quiet place to read the evening paper. It was now filled with loud & obnoxios kids. The pool & jacuzzi became scummier. It got to the point where the place really became a dump. I recently found a wonderfull deal at The Landing apartments nearby. It feels much better here. The landscaping is a dream and most of all, the management team really treat their tendents with resepcet. Being in the real estate industry, I advise that the owners of The Villas take a closer look at the management company. As former tendant, I must say that the place has really changed in the past year. With so many housing options available in the Springs & Pueblo, I bealive that that the customer would be better suited in finding a place other than the villas to live. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
