Don't be fooled. I looked at the apartment with the owner (who was the office manager but now he hired a jerk of a man to run the place) and it seemed to be a cute little apartment that was quite and clean, but it only looks that way from the outside. I have only live here a few months and the cops have showed up at my apartment asking if me and my boyfriend are fight (which we weren't). The carpet smells like cat urine and there are bugs everywhere. They come in about every two months to spray for bugs but it does nothing. Everything is old and all the metal in the bathroom (medicine cabinet, closet doors, shelves in closet) are rusted. The management will not come replace broken things i.e. the "air conditioner" or refrigerator when it is broken. They make it seem like there is a nice laundry room on site. Half of the machines don't even do what they are intended to do and the other half just eat your money. They are also very very filthy. They say that you are just using it wrong. My recommendation is stay away, you can get a place that is just as "nice" for cheaper in Pueblo.
