Think twice.... I would think twice before renting from them. They have a new manger and since that time things have not been the same. The gate is open 24 hours a day, the jacuzzi is gross and they give out personal information with out your permission.

i've lived at Fountain Gardens for a little over a year now. Since the new owner and management came in this summer, things have changed here so much for the better. I now plan on signing a new lease and staying indefinetely. I enjoy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking

QUIET and Friendly I have lived in the Evergreen Apt.s for over a year. The managers are really nice and friendly. The other tenants are friendly and quiey. The kitchens can definitly use some updates but all in all its a great cheap place to live!
