Villas at Park West 60% Recommended Apr 23 2008: I have rented at places I thought could not be topped, until I moved into the Villas, The Place is AWESOME!!!! I have never been more relaxed. The grounds are always kept up and very clean and organized. In that two years new owners have taken over and have made steady improvements to this property all the way around. Management, when or if they are in, is rude and uncaring. Maintenance is a joke, yes, I mean a joke. If you don't beleive me, drive by and look at the repairs on the Belmont Square Apartments 33% Recommended Mar 29 2008: my lease here is up in august and i cant wait. they shut off my water every week for "repairs" and yet they dont give us any slide on the water bill. my heater doesnt work and ive complained about Villas at Park West 60% Recommended Mar 07 2008: the maintenance is no good. He walks in when your not there and he doesn't leave notes after he barges in. Everything else at the apartment is okay. The management is real friendly and courteous but our family didn't include |
