Maintenance man at the Landings does a great job! - The maintenance man at The Landings, Ernie, does a wonderful job. Anytime my roommate and I have ever put a request in for help at our apartment, he is always very fast to come help us. i've lived at Fountain Gardens for a little over a year now. Since the new owner and management came in this summer, things have changed here so much for the better. I now plan on signing a new lease and staying indefinetely. I enjoy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking

Horrible The place is OK, but the landlord is the worst person I have ever met. I kept the apartmetn as clean as I moved in, but the landlord still charged me mroe than $500 for cleaning. The building is old, but what she want is letting you make it as a really new one. She charges $50

QUIET and Friendly I have lived in the Evergreen Apt.s for over a year. The managers are really nice and friendly. The other tenants are friendly and quiey. The kitchens can definitly use some updates but all in all its a great cheap place to live!
