i lived in a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with 2 roommates for a year. that was all we could take of the landlord, ray. the apartment was nice. nothing really wrong with it, everything worked the way it was supposed to but the landlord was awful! he hassled us trying to sign the lease, gave us a hard time for needing things repaired and then tried to charge us $250 for cleaning. when i threatened to bring in an attorney, he reduced it to $20. if he wasn't there, i would highly recommend it! but we weren't the only ones with horror stories about him. watch yourself. he reminded us more of a greasy bail bondsmen than landlord. give him an inch, he'll take a mile!
