I am really mad. Champions Park kept my $2000.00 deposit. I paid to have the carpet cleaned and they turn around and replaced it, I paid to have the entire apartment cleaned and they painted it...they will get you for every nitpicken thing in order to keep your deposit. Then they will charge you on top of that!! Sam, the manager. is a major ----- as well.

I put down a deposit as well for an apartment when they were still being built. They then rented my unit out to someone else and refused to give me back my deposit. They are a bunch of idiots

No Kidding! Management(they call themselves a manager-with no formal training)are a f-in joke! How do these people keep their jobs, I will never understand!

Sam is terrible, I had to deal with her so many times after the tried to evict us for not paying rent when we actually paid it a month early!
