Other than minor problems, we're doing ok here. I don't think it's fair I have to pay for ALL utilities in an apt complex, but..

Have some noisey neighbors, but they're NICE, but not sure what to do about it.. Mgmt says police, but it's not a police issue. Otherwise, it's QUIET all the time!!

I don't see any dog poo or unusual amts of trash lying around. Maybe Summer is different? You ARE supposed to pick up after your OWN PET though.. check the city of Thornton.

As for parking, so far, never had to park other than in front of our bldg..
