So I made a complaint to corporate about a manager that was totally out of line and completely unprofessional. She basically demeaned my roommate and I, had no respect and was completely unprofessional. She would interrupt us every time we talked. She acts like just because she owns the place and has a reason to kick someone out she thinks she can just treat the tenants like crap.
So we took it up a notch and called corporate to file a complaint about her unprofessional employee to get her to stop what she was doing and what does corporate do? Corporate calls up the apartment and tells them that we had called after we made it perfectly clear to stay anonymous.
I just can not believe how unprofessional these two "higher up" people were. First of all management, no matter how much power you have, you don't get the right to mistreat customers and be blatantly rude to them because you think you can. And second you corporate under no circumstances has the right to give your name out to the management after you made it clear that can not happen.
This whole experience just wants to make me throw up because I can not believe that not only can I not trust the staff here but I can't trust Corporate office. I mean come one really? WTF?

The Corporate office will ALWAYS take the side of its employees over a Resident. That's just the way it goes. If you have a problem with management, don't renew your lease and move out.

Heck don't just move out without giving them a taste of their own medicine, belive me when I tell you that corporate does keep track of resident complaints, a manager can get fired for loosing too many residents, don't be afraid to speak out!.
