I started living here about 2yrs ago, initially it was great to live here and maintenance did an above average job. Since the exit of a paticular maintenance employee the service is often very slow; they seem to like to do any job twice. We have called on many occasions 4-5 times for things to be fixed. The office staff does what it can do to keep the peace but they need to get quality, experienced maintenance people who actually care about their job and have at a minimum, some college course work completed. They are consistantly bad mouthing tennants and giving the run-around seems to be a game that they are very good at.
