This place is seriously the worst place I have ever lived. We are finally outta here. But to those that are new or just moving in here beware! The NEW leasing agents are the most ignorant people the have had working here! Besides the 2 before them oh and the 2 before them...see a pattern' They go thru people like a plant goes thru water. Not to mention all the people who have been fired for either drugs or sexual harrassment! Watch your children.....and your wives.... When you have a work order you might as well try to fix it your self, cause god knows that if you call to the office they pretend to write it down BUT DONT. Then your still stuck with broken stuff 2-3-4 weeks later. They act like the maintence guys are soooo busy....everytime I see them there in the office stting down, or you have the main guy riding on his quad doing nothing besides going up and down all the hills on the back side of buildings 5 and 6. The managers here are the worst..Its kinda like our tax people getting paid for not coming in, thats what they do. OH AND TO TALK TO ONE YOU HAVE TO MAKE AND APPT!!! arent they supposed to be here working and available to talk to you if you have issues' again people acting like there busy but not. If you ever plan on taking a shower you better do it before 7pm cause if not there is no water pressure from 10pm-10am and sometimes in the middle of the day they will run the watter also, hmm they must not no that running your sprinklers at 11am-4pm will kill your grass casue its TOO HOT OUT!

How funny. You judge the staff, however you really truly have NO idea what is going on in thier lives do you? You assume all the office staff does, is twiddle thier thumbs everyday, ignoring you? It seems as if you have some serious issues besides your unhappiness with the community. If you are that unhappy then MOVE. No one is forcing you to stay. Wait till your contract expires and then move. Its what normal people do when they are unhappy. Do not attack the staff. You don't have the first clue as to what thier job responsibilities are. BTW, its POLITE to make an appointemt. Don't you make appointments when you go to the doctor, or the tax preparer, or the dentist, insurance company, etc??? Or do you live in some magical land where you can just barge in, unannounced everywhere you go and demand attention??? Wow I want to go live there...

The initial person above is deluded. We have never fired anyone for sexual harassment or drugs. So I don't know if you live in a fantasy world or are just a compulsive liar. I pity whoever you rent with next.

not sure how long u have worked there but u did have a guy who was fired for sexual harassment....u should check your facts...and no worries we no longer live in the white trash apartments, we bought a house and are very happy thanks!
