We moved into Fox Creek 2 weeks early and paid quite a bit to do so. Upon moving in we realized that there was no water pressure. The water was trickling out of the faucets and it took an hour to fill up a bath so that we could take a bath. We couldn't do our laundry in our own washer and dryer, and we had to fill up the bathtub and use a trash can to pour water into the tank of our toilet to flush it. All of our neighboors were experiencing the same problem and were very upset. After talking with the office they stated that we could use a model apartment to shower in with all the rest of the tenants in our building. Sharing a shower with everybody else and using the toilet somewhere out of our apartment was the equivelent of paying for a camp ground to sleep in. They told us we would have no compensation even though they knew prior to letting us move in there was an existing problem. Managment was not helpful but slightly forceful and rude. Then during the 1rst blizzard of the year it took almost 2 days before we were plowed out. My husband along with a few other tenants spent all day shoveling and packing down the snow so that everybody could get out and I was 2 weeks past due for our first child. The top stair in our apartment building broke while I was walking up to my apartment and I was lucky I didn't hurt myself, that also took a few days to fix. Not to mention that both door frames were broke and they plastered over them to make them look cosmetically fine but niether would shut. We were very nice about everything there and just paid our rent but as soon as our lease was up we got the hell out. We will definatly look alot closer and ask more questions about service the next time we move into an apartment.
