Over all I would do it again. We live in the new apartments, which are worth it for the A/C all on their own. The only problem I can think of is that the walls are paper thin. Lets just say I heard our neighbor pee at one time!

The a/c is great if it were to get the proper servicing it needs. The maintenance staff is horrific. I really wish I never did it to begin with.
