If you are looking to rent trash, where the head of ----------- is a machismo ------- sexual predator who rides on a four wheeler all day while he gets ----------- ---- to do all the work for him, you have found the right place. If you like living in run down conditions while listening to ------------------------- all day, you have found the right place. If you love to be ignored by management when you ask for any type of repair to be done in your apartment, you have come to the right place.( I would like to say in defense of one person , one of the new office workers , I believe his name is --------------------------------------- fellow who busts his but all day. I feel sorry for him because it seems all of the office work is dumped on him and he is truly a very nice person ( he should quit, I would).Anyway , this place is a dump, it is unsanitary and unless you are really desperate, like lets say that maybe you are living on a friends couch are maybe stuck in a crack motel, I would for all intents and purposes avoid this place like the plague.

i agree.getting work order takes 4ever. but the thing that i hate the most is pools closed constatly espessially they love 2 close them on weekends:( i have 2 kids and when we were moving i wanted a pool:( also one maintance guy with bird is always on the phone the one with belly always with cigarett' i found number to main office and after calling them you can get jobs done the number is 303-971-0018

I have lived here for two years. I asked why the pool was closded and Saw for myself some one used it as a toilet.Maitanence has been to my home once and it was within 24 hrs from my request. Overall this is a good place to call home .
