My wife and I lived in Indigo Creek for a little over a year. We lived in building 2 in apartment #203. The area was a nice enough area, however, there were some pretty classless people living in the complex. It appears by previous posts that alot of people were having cars keyed. One of ours was keyed as well, but not bad enough that we could not easily fix it. But, its the fact that someone did it that counts anyway. The security was pretty much a joke. One highly overweight guy that a 90yr old handicapped person could out run. We had mostly nice neighbors, however, there were a few on the first floor that were overly loud. Thats the problem w/ people that rent for 3 months or so, they don't really take it seriously because they know they are moving out quick. There was always trash and pet feces on the ground. The maintenance staff was wonderful, however the grounds keepers were a joke. They never did any work besides racing around in golf carts. Given the cost of this place, I would advise people to keep looking. We found a 2 bedroom condo in a nicer neighborhood with a garage for rent for the exact same amount we paid at Indigo Creek. If you are willing to pay a medium amount of money for poorly constructed apartments, then Indigo Creek is good, otherwise I would advise anyone who is thinking about it to keep looking.

I have to question the validity of this review. The main reason being that there is no apartment 203 in building 2 at Indigo Creek! How do you live somewhere over a year and not know your apartment number or even confuse it with something else? Sounds like someone just trying to start grief and bad mouth the complex!
