I've lived here for almost two years now and I love it. Every time I have a maintenance request it is corrected quickly and efficiently. The staff members in the office have always been helpful and kind. This past December we had a rather large snowstorm that shut down the entire city. I was told by the office that although they couldn t get the snow cleared immediately (their plows had been commissioned by the city of Denver for DIA) they would get it cleared as soon as they could. I could see the maintenance people shoveling outside even through they didn t make much headway as the snow was coming down quicker than they could shovel. For days after the blizzard they had a backhoe with a plow on it clearing the parking lots. The backhoe came the week after the blizzard when it snowed again. I know it wasn t immediate but the fact that others have complained about this is crazy! This snowstorm shut down the ENTIRE CITY OF DENVER and they are complaining about their steps'!' Just an FYI, I have a friend that lives down the street at Hawthorne Hill and it took them over a week and a half to plow their parking lots.

That's cool. Don't recommend it. I'm sure you're probably the one posting on here more than once as well. I'm just not quite sure how you're going to bring legal action against an apartment community when their parking lots were plowed before almost all of the residential streets in the area. Does that mean my boyfriend with a house in Arvada could have brought legal action against the city for not plowing his streets until almost a week after my parking lot got plowed??? It sounds like you are an expert at legal advice! Please get back me to me!

Are you kidding me, they are not required by Thornton, or Adams County to remove snow, it is private property, not city or county owned. If you were a real police officer you would have known this.

AdamTD, are you an idiot? Not that it's any of your business, but yes I am an American, and obviously much smarter than you. Thank you for asking.

Much smarter then me? Thats funny. If you were so smart, you might know a little something about housing laws, and then post comments, but you more then warrant rude and possibly biased opinions of yourself. But thank you for justifying my personal opinions
