This place sucks! I would not recommend this place to anybody looking to move here. It looks nice from the outside, however, once you move in, you will realize your being screwed. The office staff is a complete joke. I cant even imagine how they get paid! There are only 2 people that do their job. Terri, and another girl who deals with finances, I cant remember her name. Melissa I believe is the manager. I had a talk with her about an issue a few days ago, and she is RUDE. She is a smart ass. I am a manager where I work, and if ANY of my employees had the same attitude she had, they would not have a job. Being the manager at Indigo Creek must require at least a 6th grade education and not much else. I was told that this place has a grounds crew, but I am yet to see any results from them. I live in building 2, and there is ALWAYS garbage, and poop in the grass outside of our building. I see a bunch of kids with work shirts on racing around in golf cart. Not sure if they are the grounds people. The living room light went out, and I contacted the office to get it fixed, (that was 2 months ago) and I have called 3 times, and still NOTHING has been done. Its not the light bulb, I checked, so it needs maintenance to fix it. I was here during the big snow storm this past winter, and snow removal was a joke. I saw a post earlier with someone saying that Indigo Creek told them that the snow plow had been taken to DIA. Yeah that dosent happen. A small backhoe like the one used at Indigo Creek is not commissioned by an International Airport to clear it. Thats why they have the BIG snow plows. Whoever told you that is full of crap and was just making excuses. The parking lots were covered in Ice for about 3 months after the huge blizzard, and I NEVER once saw someone doing anything about it. My GF feel on her ass because of the ice, and when we went and told the office about the ice, just to be nice and warn them, they told us that WE should go get a bag of salt and put it on the pavement. Im sorry, but I think there is a reason I pay my rent. If I wanted to put salt on the pavement, I would buy my own place to live. There are certain things that one expects to get when you live in an apartment complex, and thus far, we have not seen much. If it wasnt so expensive to break our lease, then we would not be here, but they charge an outrageous fee to break a lease at this place. There are some nice things here though. They fitness center is nice, if you dont want to go to a big gym. The pool and the hot tub are nice, although, it would be nice if people would smoke OUTSIDE of the hot tub and pool, and not in it. Especially when the wind is blowing. My overall rating of this place, is that the cost is not worth it. This place is not nice enough to be paying 800/m. Had I known about all the problems before I moved in, we would have found another place. Oh, and for those of you morons that live on the second floor in building 2 ( Think one of you drives a ghetto piece of ---- green car with a sticker that says "Kicker" on it.) STOP SMOKING IN THE HALLWAY. If you really have to smoke, go outside!! How would you feel if I started taking a crap in the hallway!!! Don't move to Indigo Creek!!!!!!
