Indigo Creek Apts. Sucks!! I do not suggest anyone lives there. The Management staff is after every dollar they can get out of you. Everyone I know that has left that place has had bills greater than 300.00 dollars, and they left the apt. exactly like it was. The snow removal is terrible, and the lot security is just as bad. Many vehicles were broken in to, or had their wheels stolen in the 1 year I lived there. All they do is feed you full of lies, i bet everyone there now and the people moving in heard that the pool is heated to around 80-85 degrees in the winter, well it had an inch of ice on it last winter go figure that one out. Basically if you live there now, MOVE! there are many of other better options, and if you are thinking of moving in there don't, save yourself the trouble.

I have to agree with the person above. That guy is a freakin moron!! I think the office staff is fantastic! They have always been very sweet and helpful. And why would they want to do damage where they work and live??? Duh! You don't s**t where you eat. That guy needs to get a life! And everyone else who is negative and anel.....

Wow this guy sounds like a real winner. I love how he uses such highly "educated" words such as "morons", "retarded", or my personal favorite, "blows". These are things that my first grader, a six year old, would say. Furthermore, I especially like how he explains how those who don't speak English (which by the way should be capitalized but I'm sure you knew that) aren't good people. God bless the melting pot that is America huh. With "good" racists like yourself moving out this place sounds better and better everyday.

Arguing over the internet is lame. Everyone needs to stop attacking everyone else for their opinions. Yeah there might be some harsh criticism of Indigo Creek, but does it do anyone any good to argue about it? My wife and I have lived here since Aug of '06. This place certainly is not the best apartment complex in the area, but its a learning experience. Will we renew our lease? No, but we aren't going to cry and whine about every little thing. I will admit though that the office staff is pretty rude, except for 1 or 2 people. The maintenance crew is wonderful, they always get the work done right and quick! The only real complaint my wife has is the garbage truck, and that might not even be in Indigo Creek's hand. They come early, and due to the fact that the trash is in big dumpsters, not trash cans, it is very loud, but then again, I could pay alot more to live in a house w/ a trash can. So, to sum up our experience ( and we are only 25 and 26yrs old so we are by no means refined middle aged adults) we think this place is not perfect but not the worst. If something is so bad at this complex, try doing something about it. Start an organization, get your neighbors involved. Otherwise, grow up, and spend your time w/ a real issue and not arguing over the internet!
