Horrible service, grounds and apartments

We were promised several items in our apartment before we moved in and when we moved in we didn't get them. But we still pay the full price for an apt. with those items. I'm not going to bring up the blizzard because that caught the whole city off guard and even though the staff was very rude during that time, I'll chalk it up to the fact that they live there too and were probably just as frustrated with the craptastic service. The problems are when it rains, the windows leak, the grounds are filthy, the staff are ALL rude and not professional at all ESPECIALLY Melissa that miserable skank (we even have overheard one of them making crude comments to girls, YOUNG girls at the pool) and the pool/hot tub is ALWAYS broke and filthy.
Now don't get me wrong, there are perks. The units are big and roomie and the security crew are all VERY nice!! They should teach the leasing crew a lesson on customer service! After seeing how many unsatisfied residents there are, I say we start a petition to get Melissa fired... and hell, while we're at it, all of them! A pack of mentally challenged goats could run that office better.

I totally agree. They promise and don't deliver, and the staff is much less than helpful.
